Polite & obliging
With regard to feedback about the 8kg top load Fisher & Paykel washing machine I purchased WA80T65FWI from Appliances Online I was very satisfied with the service I received,delivery was when they said it would be & the 2 young men who delivered & installed it were polite & obliging taking the old machine away as arranged. Hi Appliances Online, Just want to say that you guys are brilliant!! I ordered my front loader washing machine two days ago, picking my delivery day for today. I received the best, most efficient and informative service. The delivery team rang and delivered the washing machine when they said they would, and within half an hour they had it installed and ready to use, and whisked my poor old top loader away. AND your prices are the cheapest Ive found online, AND you provide free delivery! Best service, value for money and exceptionally swift. We were impressed
I was a little aprehensive about buying a washing machine on line because of reports I had read that Lemair were not noted for after sales service. I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt.
