    Overview

    This Billi tap provides your home with boiling, chilled, and sparkling filtered water at the flick of a lever, at any time of the day. With a high saturation of CO2 gas in your sparkling water, it will remain bubblier for longer and taste better as a result. You can adjust the fizz in your sparkling, which is helpful if you’re trying to convert dinner guests from the still water life.

    You can also adjust the temperature of your chilled water, which can be useful if someone in your household has particularly sensitive teeth. Your chilled and sparkling water will pass through the unit’s Ice Bank to ensure consistency in temperature and a higher level of carbonation.

    Billi has partnered with Pentair Everpure to offer the most technologically advanced filtration. You can enjoy healthy, pure water that’s free of sediment and chemicals, with a higher flow rate and a lower pressure drop.
    Saturated sparkling system

    The high concentration of carbon dioxide in your water makes for a more vital and tastier refreshment. You can adjust the bubbles in your water, with a maximum of five bars of CO2 pressure.

    Adjustable chilled temperature

    A simple control knob allows you to adjust the chilled water temperature. Go colder for an extra kick of refreshment, or lower the chill if you’re pouring a glass for someone with sensitive teeth.

    Ice Bank technology

    This tap features a chilled reservoir known as the Ice Bank. Chilled and sparkling water travels through the Ice Bank on the way to your glass. This makes for greater consistency with chilled water temperature, and higher carbonation with sparkling water.

    Safe for family use

    Thanks to SplashFree delivery, the flow of your boiling water will momentarily slow down as it enters your cup. This prevents accidents caused by erratic splashing. Additionally, the tap is fitted with a safety switch to protect small, curious hands from coming into contact with boiling water.

    We recently installed the Billi B-5000 Sparkling with XL Levered Dispenser and it’s been a brilliant upgrade to the kitchen. The sparkling and chilled water taste clean and consistent, and the boiling function is instant so we’ve basically stopped using the kettle. Love the Eco mode and self-learning timer that cuts energy use when we're not home, plus the dynamic holiday mode for longer absences. Safety is excellent too – the touch-activated safety switch behind the tap prevents kids from accessing boiling water accidentally, with multiple lock-out options and a cool-touch dispenser that avoids burns. The lever action feels solid, and guests constantly comment on how convenient it is to have boiling, chilled and sparkling from a single outlet. Overall we’re very happy with the unit and would definitely choose Billi again.
