Great company, got a good discount on my new washer and dryer on top of advertised price, free delivery, installation and they even moved my old washer outside for me. Friendly delivery guys, called with accurate estimate of time of delivery. I still saved about $300 if you add in the delivery cost and extended warranty charges compared to **** ****..the big appliance stores whinge about customers deserting them...there is a damn good reason for it!! I just had a simpson washing machine delivered. I cannot praise appliances online enough. The 5.5kg machine I purchased is fantastic, service, delivery fantastic. I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
