I'm quick to complain when something is wrong, so when I receive first-class service, I think it's only fair to compliment. Your service was faultless. Your prices were the cheapest, delivery free, fitting free, you allowed me to choose the day of delivery, you advised exactly how I would be contacted re delivery. The driver contacted me exactly as you said he would, delivered on time, fitted the appliance, made sure I was satisfied, and left.
