Everything was perfect
We had a look at G*** G*** for our new Fridge/Freezer on Friday - chose a Westinghouse. Got home and jumped on the net looking for reviews on it and found you! You were cheaper, offered delivery, set up and taking away our old one - things that added to the cost with G*** G*** ($60 local delivery and $10 to take away our old one). I was a bit nervous ordering a large purchase on the net, but I put it through Friday afternoon on your website. We received a call Monday morning and it was delivered before 11am. We kept waiting for something to go wrong, but everything was perfect including the delivery guy who was very professional. Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys,
Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me.
The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic.
