Bought this to replace a smaller unit. Many people say they have trouble with the plug not staying attached to the unit, it is a bit tricky but in the end it is easily managed. Overall I like this very much. What could be added to the instruction sheet is that placing the head unit onto the outside frame is critical to operation. Should it not be placed correctly, the unit won't turn on

Works well; only issue is the fry basket collapses on itself when you invert to dump out food after removing from the fryer. Collapses to ship in box but the handle should lock when turning upside down.

Only used it once so far. Food (doughnuts and crumbed prawn cutlets) came out very crispy. The fryer was easy to use and easy to clean.
