Just a quick note to say thank you for having the best sales and delivery staff. We have made several purchases and each time we have never been disappointed. The sales staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had to wait many hours to get basic information when dealing with the likes of ******** etc but with your staff it is instant. Never a dumb question goes unanswered to which I am very grateful. I am amazed at how easy and quick I can order an item and receive it. Delivery is always a concern as I have had items from ******* delivered on the back of ute which was driven by one of their sales staff after they had finished work. I had paid $60.00 for this disgusting treatment. Your deliver staff are always on time and so polite and professional. It is a credit to you and them that they can keep this level of perfection time and time again. We have spent many thousands at ******* over the years but will do so no more. Just a short note to say how refreshing it is to have some great customer service.I was very hesitant about ordering online for such a large item, however I was pleasantly surprised on your professionalism and level of customer service. I ordered on Friday afternoon and the item was delivered as promised Monday morning. The delivery guys were very friendly and you could tell they were happy with their job, not only did they install, took away my old washer, removed all the packaging material all in a very efficient manner. Hi folks, I have just had a bit of old fashioned SERVICE!!!!! Bought a dryer from ApplianceOnLine and got service from start to finish. Not only did their price beat everyone else, free delivery was next day and they phoned to let me know a 2 hr. time slot and turned up.............on time!!! It was all so easy.
