I got this as a Christmas gift, and it was an incredibly painful shave for me. I could not get through my shave without taking breaks. I wish I had returned it prior to opening and purchased another razor. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have very tough skin.

I have since used it wet and dry, with pre-shave and with soap. For some reason, my result is that several whiskers are missed no matter what I try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had Norelco razors for years and it was time to retire my old one. It still shaved well, but the on/off switch was not always working properly. The new razor is wonderful and gives a great shave on a tough beard.
