Good product
[Employee of philipsglobal] I think this is a well designed product with just one major flaw and that is that it doesn't have a hot setting on the low speed setting. There is a warm setting but I would like to use a higher heat setting without blowing my hair around so much. Other than that, it's a good product and I'm not sure how the other users managed to break theirs as mine seems fairly sturdy!
