Hi Appliances Online. I'm an avid online shopper but I never felt quite confident to buy large appliances online. But now I have no such fears having just bought my Bosch dishwasher from you. Dishwasher + extra 3 year warranty + professional installation by a plumber - all for less than the dishwasher's original RRP and delivered, installed, tested and working less than 24 hours after ordering it - as well as removing my old dishwasher for free. Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost. I will certanly be buying more goodies from Appliancesonline, their customer service is second to none. Thank you Lynne, Watsonia, VIC
