Two big ticks for the free delivery and removal of the old microwave
I just wanted to thank you for your efficient and friendly service. My microwave was delivered today (a week ahead of schedule) and the delivery chap was able to give me a 2 hour window ... unheard of! As a more "senior" citizen and being a little wary of on-line purchasing, I would thoroughly recommend your company. Ordered a LG Front Loader washing machine on a Tuesday 22/6/10 around lunchtime for delivery into Melb as a gift. Everything that was promised on the website actually happened. Next day delivery, call made before 9am to confirm a 2 hour window for delivery. The driver rang when he was 20 mins away so my friend could go home. Gift received, installed and the old machine taken away. It could not have been a more pleasant online buying experience.
