Tuesday 7.38am phone call to advise estimated delivery time of 8.15-9.15am. Product & delivery person arrives promptly at 8.15am. Unloads etc realizes dent in washing machine apologize profusely...at this point we are in awe still of the service so no qualms with us...Promise a new washer by 3pm the same day. 2.38pm same day call to advise 15 minutes away.....I am still reeling at the level of dedication and service your people and company have to offer......thank you for restoring our faith, I have not stopped raving about Appliances Online......I have not stopped raving about Appliances Online Thanks for such a great service.
