Hi there, I just had to leave you GUYS my personal opinion of your service. I ordered a fridge off you at 4pm and the next morning had my new fridge delivered at 7 am,thats in 16 hours I had a new fridge connected in my HOME! WOW I commented you all for your professional service, politeness, and the fridge is actually BETTER than I could imagine. Such cooperative people it's a very pleasant change
Hi, I would like to compliment the manner and quality in the way I was treated with your company from my one and only call. I needed a frig in and I had a particular size space and I needed it the next day. I called and I was put through to Colin. I explained my situation to him and that was the end of it. He just kept at it until he found what I wanted and what would fit into the space available. I was unsure and he reassured me that he would send one the next day. He even said don't pay if it doesnt fit send it back. At around 7.30am the next day i got a call advising me that the frig would be arriving between 8 and 10am. Sure enough at that time the guys turned up measured the space then brought in the frig. Perfect fit. Thanks. A little concerned how it would go
Hi I have not bought an appliance on line before and was a little concerned how it would go. I would like to compliment your company on the way my order was handled, i.e. the uncomplicated method of ordering, the pleasant way I was treated when I rang to change delivery date and the very prompt delivery. It was difficult ordering a product I did not know but I am extremely happy with the Omega Dishwasher. I am sure you get complaints but this is a genuine compliment.
