With the purchase of any Smeg washing machine or dryer between 1 July 2014 and 31 January 2015, you will be entitled to a full manufacturer's three-year warranty in addition to the normal two years, making a total of five years' full warranty. This warranty covers all parts and labour.

HOW TO CLAIM

In order to take advantage of the bonus warranty, you must complete the official Extended Warranty Form and send it to the address below before 31 January 2015 in a stamped envelope, together with a copy of fully-paid invoice/receipt.

Once the claim has been processed, you will receive an email from Smeg Service will be sent stating whether your claim for the extended warranty has been successful along with your unique customer extended warranty code.
