T&Cs Cashback Installation* on cooking appliances by Electrolux, Westinghouse, Chef
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Participation
3. The promotion is open to individual Australian residents “Participants”.
Purchase Period
4. The promotion starts at 09:00pm (AEDT) on 27/03/2015 and ends at 23:59pm (AEDT) on 03/04/2015.
5. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time.
Eligible Purchases and Cashback
6. To be eligible for a 'Cashback Installation', the customer must purchase one (1) or more of the selected product(s) advertised as part of the promotion on Appliancesonline.com.au so that the total value is equal or above $1,500 AUD. The total cart value amount must be $1,500 AUD excluding the cost of the installation itself. All eligible products are marked with a promotional badge.
One Cashback per transaction
7. Only one Cashback may be claimed per transaction.
How to claim Cashback and deadline for claiming Cashback
8. All Participants must have their installation done before 31/05/2015 in order to be eligible for the $200 Cashback.
Payments
9. The Cashback will be paid to the Participant named on the valid order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Claims will be paid within 7 days of the Promoter verifying that the installation has occurred for the eligible items and payment has been received in full by the Promoter. Claims will be paid by a non-negotiable cheque posted to the billing address provided.
10. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide correct details.
11. Delays and non-payment of claims that arise as a result of supplying incorrect details are the responsibility of the Participant.
12. Cash backs are not transferable or assignable.
Installation
13. Appliances Online installation services are carried out by Handy Crew Pty Ltd (ABN 34 152 213 039).
14. Installation service is available only within Handy Crew installation area (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and selected regional areas). To find out if a certain suburb is eligible, the customer will need to enter their postcode into the 'Click here to set delivery location' field on the Appliances Online website. If the area is eligible, the installation option will automatically appear in the product pages visited (installations tab is located below the price and above the Add To Cart button).
15. The customer will need to order the installation service at the time they purchase their appliance by selecting this service before proceeding to the check-out page. Handy Crew will provide the customer with our standard installation services with respect to the appliance purchased.
16. If a customer requires extra cabinetry, electrical and plumbing work that is not included in our Installation Services ("Additional Services"), extra charges will apply. The Handy Crew installer will provide a written quote which will require the customer's acceptance before any Additional Services is carried out. Any extra service is not included in this promotion.
17. If you need to change the scheduled date, please contact our Customer Service Team at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, otherwise we may charge you a call out fee of $150.
