How to redeem:

1. Purchase a participating LG Microwave or Lightwave Oven,
2. Complete the online redemption form, by including your personal and purchase details. All valid claims must be received and finalised by January 31, 2016.
3. You will then be prompted to upload a copy of your purchase receipt. Alternatively, a copy of your receipt can be mailed to: LG Microwave Consumer Promotion 2015 PO Box 630 Eastern Suburbs Mail Centre NSW 2004 within 7 days following registration.
4. The delivery of Bonus Products may take up to four weeks from finalisation of a valid claim
