Either way, they're wise enough to tell me they'll find a solution. Robert calls back promptly to say it's not their policy, but they'll replace Myrtle tomorrow. I nearly ask him to run away with me. This is customer service about the relationship rather than the policy. It's the attitude I have in my own business and I'm surprised companies can survive today without it.
