The perfect grill for large-scale caterers, sporting clubs or restaurants, the Ranch can cook a whole lamb in as little as 2 hours. Inside, the grill is hinged on either side, allowing easy access to refill the charcoal underneath mid-cook or to add wood chunks for an authentic wood flavor.
Being such a large unit, it inevitably will take a lot of charcoal and produce a lot of ash. However, Weber has installed the high capacity ash catcher underneath - allowing ash to fall down and to empty, just pour it into a garden waste bin. Also included are 4 charcoal baskets to hold the charcoal for either direct flame cooking or for indirect low n’ slow BBQ.
Behind the main unit is a tuck-away lid holder - so instead of finding somewhere to put the lid, simply slide it back and it will act as a wind barrier as well as a backing sheet to prevent oil and fat from staining your walls.

Extra-Large Cooking Surface
The largest kettle barbecue in the world, the Weber Ranch features a massive 6900 centimetre squared cooking area. Able to cook an entire lamb in just under two hours, the Weber Ranch will ensure no one goes hungry.

High-Capacity Ash Catcher
Due to the size of the Ranch and the amount of food that can be cooked, this grill features a high-capacity removable ash catcher underneath the kettle, for easy disposal.

No-Rust Vents
Weber grills and barbecues are designed and built to last and the air vents are no exception. The no-rust vents allow you to regulate the temperature of your charcoal without rusting after exposure to air and water.

Four Charcoal Baskets
With the large size of the cooking area on this grill, it's important to maintain an even spread of heat. With four charcoal baskets, you can consistently heat the entire cooking surface, resulting in succulent meat and delicious grilled veggies.
