This is the second time we have dealt with you guys and it now confirms how fantastic the team from Appliances On Line really are.
Once again your delivery men (both names started with R but unfortunately can only remember Rick) were so friendly and thoughtful, they oozed customer service skills. It wasn't that easy getting my new fridge/freezer in but they managed, taking complete care of they way they moved through my house.
Also Shae a thankyou to you. You had the hard task of telling us our original selection wasn't available for a month or so and being so helpful with finding us a solution.

Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

I think Appliances Online is fabulous. My washing machine collapsed on a Monday morning, half way through a ton of washing. I went straight to appliancesonline.com.au, was happy with the price and the way the site handled the transaction. I received a phone call about delivery as promised. On Tuesday morning at the agreed time, two very nice men appeared, took the old machine, installed the new one and I was happily washing less than 24 hours after the old one stopped working.
