Courteous, friendly and professional
What a great experience. I work 7 minutes from home, your guys called me in the morning, then 20 minutes before arrival so I could shoot home, empty the old fridge. There were problems fitting the fridge through the doors so your sub contractors made a plan through the back of the house. Please commend them. As sub contractors, they did your brand good. Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing.
