Just a short note to say how refreshing it is to have some great customer service.I was very hesitant about ordering online for such a large item, however I was pleasantly surprised on your professionalism and level of customer service. I ordered on Friday afternoon and the item was delivered as promised Monday morning. The delivery guys were very friendly and you could tell they were happy with their job, not only did they install, took away my old washer, removed all the packaging material all in a very efficient manner.
