Great website and the great service
I just wanted to say thanks for a great website and the great service we have received in the delivery of a cooktop and wall oven. While the delivery was delayed by a day this was not a problem as I was informed promtly and so was able to make alternative arrangements, so no problem at all. The delivery guys were great, polite, careful and on time and of course another member of your team, I believe his name is Sam... hope I got that right!, was really helpful when I spoke to him on the phone, all in all, you guys are great, well done, my thanks sincerely, hope you all have and a wonderful Christmas and I shall look forward to shopping with you again. Just had to send some feedback on your fantastic service. I did send a message with the delivery guys but wanted to send this as well. Last Friday morning our faithful fridge had died!!! but before 10am that morning I had found your website & a replacement fridge with the added bonus of removal of old fridge & 'cheap as chips' delivery charge. I can't believe how totally painless & professional this process was. Our fridge was delivered before 9am this morning & as we live in a semi rural area where it is sometimes VERY difficult to get service persons & deliveries to our location I have to say we are over the moon with such wonderful service.
