Brought this pan just before Christmas. We followed the directions on seasoning the pan befor use. We were impressed it cooked well and food didn't stick. We brought this pan as our prevous sunbeam dimple tec gave up after 4 years of amazing use. After 4 weeks of using this pan it started losing its non stick feacher. The pan was burning food un even cooking and found the temperature controll was really touchy. I don't no why the developers right frame of mind was to completely remove the dimple tek frying pan it was magic amazing this frying pan is nothing but the biggest waist of money and disappointment.

We purchased this pan about three years ago, it began to mark from the first time we used it, but at least the non stick side of things actually worked.. However, we used it again today and everything stuck to the surface.. It did take some cleaning, we've never used metal utensils, or metal type scourers on it, we always followed the guidelines, we are most disappointed with it as it wasn't cheap to buy.. Our biggest issue though is with the plug in controller, we set it a selected temperature, it will heat up to that temperature and then go off, and it stays off for ages, therefore not maintaining the set temperature which in turn doesn't cook the food properly.. It's most frustrating.. We're about to ditch this one and purchase another, probably a different brand this time, and give that a go.. Can't be any worse.. Shame that, we've been Sunbeam users for a lifetime..

Brought this frypan this month. Absolutely not impressed. Would not recommend. Used the first time and I had to scub with a sponge to get the burnt coating off. Second time things stuck to coating even after using oil. Pancakes stuck to the coating. Very dissatisfied. I am so disappointed. I just want to throw it in the bin or if I can return it.
