Prompt delivery, your ordering service is excellent
Last season I had been chasing up a De Longhi dehumidifer through various stores in my area without success. I can’t believe how easy it was to order the one I wanted through you with such a prompt delivery, your ordering service is excellent and in future when I need something like this I will always use your service. But as well as that, I have always avoided ordering on line because I’ve never wanted to put my credit card details on the net; how superb to have this appliance I need badly in this humid atmosphere delivered promptly and without drama, but particularly that I have the opportunity to pay in cash – as well as the other possibilities you mentioned. I call Appliances Online Australia, from where I bought the ill-fated Myrtle (name for Microwave). It't not their problem, but they see the chance to convert a customer into a fan. Or maybe they're skilled enough to recognize the signs of impending caffeine-delay hysteria. Either way, they're wise enough to tell me they'll find a solution. Robert calls back promptly to say it's not their policy, but they'll replace Myrtle tomorrow. I nearly ask him to run away with me. This is customer service about the relationship rather than the policy. It's the attitude I have in my own business and I'm surprised companies can survive today without it. Such a easy and pleasant experience
I was surprised to find that dealing with Appliances Online was such a easy and pleasant experience. We are not the average family and when trying to purchase a larger dryer for the family home we could not pass up on the 6kg Haier Dryer that was under any price tag of a 3.5kg dryer in any appliance store we visited. Placing our order online was a breeze, the communication was open, and the free delivery was welcomed. The delivery was on time as arranged, and the delivery men were just so polite, friendly and ever so helpful, also not to mention neat and tidy in appearance.
