Not made as good as before
I had 2 pairs of these in 8 years between 2014 and 2022. Since buying a new set in 2022 I am now on my 4th set as the previous 3 had malfunctioned within months of buying. It’s a fantastic product when it works and I swim most days using them but it would appear they are not made as good as they were around 2014

I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine from Appliances on Line. They rang me an hour before they were to deliver to my house, other companies could only say they would deliver in the morning or afternoon, delivery was free, they took away all the packaging and my old machine for free. Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing.
