    Very good replacement ziptap
    We recently replaced our previous Ziptap G4 with the G5 model. Whilst similar in function the added ‘bottle fill’ function is a very useful addition that gets a lot of use in our kitchen. We rarely use the standard kitchen hot tap as the Ziptap provides immediate hot water without the wait and wastage of running the kitchen tap until it becomes hot.

    Maybe I have a lemon
    The upgraded model I had installed last August to replace a system that was still running after more than sixteen years has been a bit disappointing, continuing to default making it necessary to request a service. Hopefully the issue will be resolved before the warranty period ends.
