Very happy with my purchase of the zip tap. It was a great price and came with a bonus filter. The whole family uses it many time a day,we will never use a kettle again. We drink a lot of cold water and it is great. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that drinks a lot of cold water and love tea & coffee very quick and convenient.

Having to press a finger and thumb to get hot water is very difficult especially if old with some arthritis in your hand, I would not have bought this model if I had known that.

Have shopped few times with appliances online, and finally awaiting a deal for the zip tap, which makes the expense slightly more palatable. However, the product and service seems good so far. It does take some underbrmchbspace which we were mulling over, and at times is a bit noisy, but all in all, very happy so far we can get hot and cold water always ready. And the tap looks very neat itself. Very happy so far and hope the build lasts the distance.
