True to form, the driver phoned early this morning and arrived on time at 10am. As the driver wanted the box to cart the original machine, he quickly unpacked the dryer and put original one in the box. My husband has had a stroke and is not able to do these things, so I was extremely grateful that it was done without being asked. Old fashioned service again. The drivers were very pleasant young Indian men who were certainly good ambassadors for Appliance on Line.
