I would just like to thank you for the great service. I thought there may be a problem with delivery between Christmas and the new year. But our new fridge was delivered two days after it was ordered (I asked for the extra day to make room. I could have got it next day). We are very happy with the purchase and will definitely be coming back for any future appliance purchases we intend to make. John,

Just wanted to let you know the washing machine arrived safe and sound, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend your service and delivery, the delivery drivers were so courteous, pleasant, helpful with lovely manners, (which you don't often come by these days).
The washing machine was installed and tested, in a matter of minutes, the young man obviously knew what he was doing! I asked a couple of questions, which were answered respectfully and confidently, considering it was late on a Friday afternoon and a very hot day.
These young men are a credit to you company. This would have to be the best service, I have had in a long time.
