Ordered a Bosch front loader on Friday night and could have had delivery the following Monday but work commitments did not allow for this, so arranged a day off without hassles from my employer and it was delivered, installed and old machine removed 3 days later, delivery guy was excellent & courteous in every way. I did my homework & shopped around, found out which machine was value for money and you had exactly what I had found in another store and I save almost a $100 off their best price plus I would have had to pay for delivery and had to get rid of my old machine myself. This has been the easiest white goods purchase I have ever made. Call received prior to delivery as requested, and arrived nice and early. The driver offered to discard all packaging if I wanted (which he then did happily), and removed my old machine. Love the traditional option of COD. What more could a customer want? I will definately purchase from you again as need arises, and will certainly refer your store on to others.
