You said you would deliver the next day and you did 2. You said the driver would ring an hour before delivery and he did 3. The delivery people unpacked the fridge and took away all the packaging waste 4. The delivery people installed and levelled the fridge 5. A very good price and free delivery. I order the fridge on Saturday, it was delivered on Tuesday at the time they said they would deliver. They moved my old fridge to the garage, they took away all the packaging. Unbelievable service and we could not beat the price at any retail store (even with staff discounts)!!! Definately wouldn't hesitate to use appliances online again. Hassle free!! The only problem was the lack of photos etc on the site - we did have to go into some retail stores to have a closer look before we made our decision.
