    Great machine, large capacity, quiet, efficient
    I was fortunate to get a great deal on this machine after mine broke down. I ordered the same day and it was delivered and installed the very next day. AO service was awesome, super helpful delivery guys. The machine itself is fantastic. It is quiet, cleans the laundry well, has lots of different options and also a high spin speed (1400) which means your clothes are almost dry then they come out. I am very happy with the machine and the service received and would highly recommend.

    Good size, too complicated
    It's great to have a larger drum in the same size unit. So far this machine has performed well. However, the start-up sequence is kind of ridiculous - turn on, turn dial, press start, press confirm. My last machine had 2 steps, this has 4 - and even more when it doesn't clear out the previous "END" so you have to turn the dial back and forth to clear it.

    Have just purchased Easycare 700 10kg Front Load W/M WWF10, AND ARE EXPERIENCING LEAKS BENEATH THE MACHINE ONTO THE VINYL TILES. Is there a remedy for this, or is it associated with pressure from our Onga pump. Is there a pressure range recommended? Dennis Phillis · 2026-05-15

Check the hose connections at the water inlet; are these dry or leaking, if leaking this can be your tap or the washers inside the tap. 2: Have the hoses been cross-threaded? 3: Check the hose connections on the back of the machine if this is dry or not. Have the hoses been cross-threaded there as well? 4: Best to call the supplier, Westinghouse customer care on 131349 and ask about your pump system. Hope this helps.
