My new washing machine was delivered today as scheduled. I just want to say I was impressed with your delivery men. I was telephoned prior to 10am and advised of the delivery window. They then arrived during that delivery window, removed my old machine and installed the new one. The laundry is in the upstairs bathroom of my small two storey terrace house and access is up a steep staircase with bend at the bottom. Not easy access, and not helped by such a hot day. Notwithstanding this, your deliverymen completed the removal and installation efficiently and in good humour. Thank you for the excellent service. Cathy, Forest Lodge, NSW
A good choice for people with a physical disability
We recently purchased a bundle deal for the 7kg Front Load Electrolux Washing Machine EWF1074 together with the 5kg Electrolux Dryer EDV505. The delivery was quick, efficient and all the staff associated with the service were impeccable in providing information. The products listed I would recommend as they are well made and easy to use. Wow, efficiency and the big companies wonder why the public are turning away. I just placed the order, blinked and then my product which was a dryer turned up.
