Recently purchased. Cooked great fillets at 500 degrees. Look forward to cooking again.

This not only rocks as a nice way to saute and cook other things on the grill, but I use it to serve whatever I'm cooking on the grill and it keeps it hot. It's a good looking piece to serve food on. It's currently one of my most used pieces. It cleans up really easy too. This was one thing I was not sure I would use much but instead it has quickly become my favorite. It's not a normal cast iron pan it seems like it is coated with something that makes it fit for serving as well as cooking. Love it!

I use this at least three times a week it's excellent for searing steaks or doing Burgers which always come out better on a flat top than a grill grate. Came with my spirit Grill has a lift out insert to put this pan into which lowers it closer to the flame Sears a steak perfectly
