V-ZUG’s GourmetGuide feature offers a selection of functions to make cooking simple and intuitive. Whether you’re simmering, melting, reheating or keeping cooked food warm, you can call up functions to suit your cooking needs.
ProfessionalMode
V-ZUG’s intuitive ProfessionalMode lets you adjust the cooking temperature by simply moving your cookware to a new position on the cooktop. Moving your pan vertically lets you switch between power levels, going from boiling to simmer with ease.
PowerPlus
If PowerPlus is activated, the selected zone operates at extra-high power for up to 10 minutes, ideal for getting large pots of water to the boil rapidly.
Teppan Yaki function
The cooktop will automatically detect when you place the included premium Teppan Yaki plate on the cooking zone. Designed for the FullFlex induction hob, this versatile cookware gives you freedom to explore various cuisines and recipes.
