The product itself comes very well packaged, and feels of very good quality. The only criticism is that nowhere in the instructions, nor any source online, does it explain that you don’t have to use the sliding arm. All the pictures and videos indicate to secure at the top of the sliding arm, which didn’t work for my tv (LG OLED55C16LA). However, after a quick email exchange with their customer support it was confirmed that you do not need to do this and can use any of the holes that are hidden underneath it. Also, there are no guidelines to fitting in a plasterboard wall.

Purchased approx 3 weeks ago & just got round to installing it. Super simple to install & ridiculously easy to mount the tv to the wall/ take it off the wall if needed

Just installed the wall mount with a 65 inch Sony A80J OLED TV. Installation was fairly simple and straightforward. However after mounting it on the wall, I found the tilt function not adjustable. It was either max tilt all the way or flat against the wall. There was no in-between because of how loose the mechanism is. The latch which locks the TV in the flat position is also quite loose so it occasionally comes off with very little force putting it into the tilt position (scared me a couple of times). Maybe it is the weight of my TV (22.5kg) which is putting strain on the latch. Overall, it's still a good wall mount. Very slim profile which was what I was going for but I won't be able to use the tilt function.
