One of the best shopping experiences I have had
The staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Calls were answered quickly, unlike many places where you have to hold on forever, and when people said they would ring back they did. And the prices were excellent. Also, the delivery people were great. We have a difficult site for access, but deliveries were on time, and without complaint. Our experienced was further enhanced by using your online chat facility which helped to resolve a couple of minor issues regarding our choice and we were given an additional discount for purchasing two items. Finally your delivery service by Allied Express is amazing. We placed our order on 02/11 and for a fee only marginally higher than the cost of 15 km delivery from our local town we received our goods on the Atherton Tablelands on Tuesday 08/11.
