    This vacuum drawer offers three levels of vacuum-sealing. This enables you to vacuum-seal fragile items like soft fruits to firmer foods such as hard cheese. This helps to save space and preserve your foods for longer. You can even seal half-finished foods such as a packet of nuts to keep them fresh for later. For home cooks who want to attempt a new cooking technique, you can cook food slowly at low temperatures in vacuum-sealed bags to create a delectable culinary experience at home. The sous-vide method, known as Vacuisine at V-ZUG, is sure to impress even the most discerning dinner guests.
    Three vacuum-sealing levels

    With three vacuum-sealing levels to choose from you can vacuum-seal a wide variety of foods with confidence. The lowest setting is ideal for liquids, soups, and marinades. The highest setting is perfect for root vegetables, meat, and food you want to store in the freezer.

    Sealing only function

    You can utilise the sealing function to seal fragile items such as potato crisps and salad in their original packaging or in a vacuum bag. This helps to keep your food fresh while retaining their form and consistency.

    External vacuum-sealing

    You can use the external vacuuming accessories to evacuate air out of wine bottles or food-safe vacuum containers.

    Fully-extending telescopic runner

    The telescopic runner makes it easy to load and remove your items. The drawer extends fully making it easy to monitor the contents during operation.
