We purchased two of the patio units. The first one we opened. Wouldn’t light very well and never got very warm. It was not effective at all. We tried a different fuel cartridge and scent pad. It still was very hard to ignite or keep heating. We opened the second one and it was completely different. With the multi insect pad it seems to be a better. We will return the fist one for a new one. We have been using the u it’s just over a week and so far not sure this is the answer for Maine. We will try one more week and if it’s not better we will stop using the units. Too many bites

Your refill method makes it too expensive to use. Very disappointed.

Great product. Have used for years both hunting/fishing and at home. Works great, we live in Louisiana-we have mosquitoes. This keeps them at bay so we can enjoy the outdoors.
