    Good choice
    The product is good for the money. Customer service was great, was able to communicate with them very well. The delivery arrived on time by a driver and helper who were very accommodating and willing to please. Now problems getting them to take the old appliance away with them.     Hello Thank you for your question about this product. Washer/dryer combos have been available for some time and can be used as either a washing machine or a dryer. When you want to wash and then dry a load of laundry, it's best to reduce the load size to about half to allow for proper airflow, which helps the clothes dry more effectively.     Hello Thank you for this product question, that bottom section will hold water as this is the pump guard that prevents small items getting into the pump that can cause issues, you would check this maybe every three months, and yes there will be water in this section i normally place a towel there and slowly unscrew that drain section, remove any debris from here give it a quick rinse and replace.
