Friendly and helpful
I bought a washing machine from you last week and I just wanted to comment on my experience. I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently. The whole process was exceptional
I have recently purchased a fridge and a washing machine through Appliances Online. I have found the service to be exceptional. From the low price of the units and free delivery and removal, to the delivery guys who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They removed the old units, were careful not to damage my walls, took away all the rubbish, swept the floor, installed the new units (even placing my dryer back on top of the new washing machine), and even waited for 15mins while I waited for my house key to turn up (long story that you don’t want to hear about). The whole process was exceptional. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of the delivery guys, but I’m sure you will be able to look them up through my delivery address, to commend them personally.
