Bought this recently to add to my Snack Collection plate collection alongside waffles and Toasted sandwich plates. I love the ease of changing the plates and with which to cook the wafers, coming out perfect every time.

I purchased this set of briclet plates due my first set being stolen from a previous address. After seeing a recipe for bricelets I was inspired to order a new set and make bricelets. I made a batch of mixture from the book that came with my plates and the Bri lets were delicious, filled with chantilly cream and macerated strawberries in balsamic glaze.
