We already had a 65" of the same make and model and needed a bigger one for movies. Easy decision. Great sound and picture and excellent value for money

The good: The picture, google tv behaviour, the delivery process, the price matching process, and especially being able to pick the delivery day was fantastic. I highly recommend appliance online! The less good: The sound quality is not great. It can be difficult to understand spoken words in movies, shows and so on. The "smart" adjustments for the sounds to try and enhance the audio for speech seem largely ineffective. It a pity something like a graphic equaliser or at least bass and treble controls were available to adjust the audio. I did down load a graphic equaliser app and this did improve things significantly. There is way to much base and its boomy. The speech then becomes muddy leaving you to turn on subtitles! I didn't expect the tv to have great audio so I'm still happy with the purchase and did expect to have to have an external solution for audio and as its turns out I go what I expected. So overall it ok!

I love this Smart TV,I find it very easy to use. The picture quality is very good,nice remote easy to use. I am still learning all of the functions.
