The picture is amazing and can handle movement and colour and light like I've never experienced. Sound can be a bit hit n miss, as I think it tries to do too much, but it's livable. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. I was then told by this supplier that due to no stock at Fisher & Paykel it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery. I then rang Fisher & Paykel directly who advised stock should be in by the end of next week. In the mean time, whilst on hold to various departments, I came across your website. Personally I prefer to shop online, however my boss tends to be a bit cautious. I rang your customer service team and spoke with a very friendly and helpful staff member by the name of Andrew. He confirmed stock was there. That was on the Friday and on Monday morning it arrived and he had this installed by Tuesday for his tenant.
