I've been using a 15 yr old Panasonic plasma 50" TV - I convinced myself that updating to new technology would give me more viewing options, better clarity, colours and energy savings. I've been disappointed - the picture quality is no better than my plasma. The colours look like they've been tweaked to max output, which doesn't provide a natural viewing experience. I've adjusted everything, but it makes little difference. Perhaps a different brand would produce a better picture. The stand is huge and takes up then whole depth of my TV Unit...it's different to the other less expensive TV's in the TCL range, and I preferred those.

We really liked the picture quality on this QLED TV - vivid colors, good viewing angles, plenty of brightness and contrast. The sound is surprisingly good too. One thing we especially appreciated is the flat-base stand. We put it on a 300mm Lazy Susan plate, and now the TV rotates easily, which turned out to be super convenient.

Very impressed with the level of communication prior to actual delivery. The delivery guys were very professional and quick. Very happy with the product , overall a very good result. I will certainly use Appliance On Line again
