    Hello Thank you for this product. The supplier has discontinued this model, and there is only one in stock in Melbourne. Unfortunately, we do not ship these interstate due to high freight costs. Best to work out the correct size for the area, measure the total area you need to cool or heat then multiply this total area by 0.15 for the correct size kilowatt power required, for example if the area is open to the loungeroom, diningroom and kitchen area and this totals 50m2 multiply this by 0.15= 7.5Kw air conditioner required, buying the wrong size will not allow the unit to operate correctly for example buying a unit smaller than you need and does not cool the area even with the setting on the lowest temperature, nothing wrong with the unit it's doing the job but not large enough to handle the area and keeps running.
