I'm having to use live streaming because unlike my old tv this one is only finding a signal for one channel so the cause of that is a bit of a mystery. Occasionally when I change shows the audio of the previous one carries forward so there's a doubling up of audio. Have to turn off and on to get rid of it. Good apart from those things.50 inch tcl t.v.I'm so happy with my purchase. I bought a 50 inch TCL. T.V. The delivery boys kept me informed about their arrival time. They packed up my old t.v. and took it away with the rubbish. They also set up my new t.v. and tuned it. Couldn't have been less trouble for me. I can't recommend appliances on line enough.Good so far.Very nice QLED and soft touch remote. Young fellas who set it up for me were very helpful and pleasant.Legendary service

Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed.
