    Not recommend not hot enough
    Bought few weeks ago in binglee. Wish I hadn’t. Only heats a bit on back rest of pad is not heated, where i wanted heat was neck specially and gets no heat there. On setting 5 is not hot … a waste of money

    Poor Design. Not hot enough.
    Design flaws. The power connection on the pad is in a bad position. It sits at the front right near the collar bone. The heating coils don’t go as far as they should to get sufficient coverage. Also not hot enough. Ive had to use an additional heated blanket over the top to make it work.

    Amazing pain relief
    I had some neck and shoulder pain, once I purchased one of the neck and shoulder pads and tried it out the pain was reduced instantly! I would recommend to anyone.
