WORST PAN EVER
I bought my pan 2 weeks ago. Followed instructions to the letter and have not gone higher than medium. Instantly the pan has burned one side and no matter what can.not clean it off. I was sold this product as being non stick a.d 4 x better than the other products. Absolute waste of money and does NOT come up to the expectations sold.to us.

Can I give LESS than one star?
Always loved Sunbeam products and thought the brand represented quality - this is the absolute WORST I have ever used. Followed instructions and carefully seasoned, even repeated seasoning process when the first meal was ruined by burned crust on the surface. Stood over the next meal stirring continuously - burned ring again. Even on lowest setting this pan burns. Throwing this one away and avoiding anything with the Sunbeam name in future.

NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
