non realy bought it for the deep frying.
i bought this product about 2 months ago. what a waste of money. it does not get to a heat you can deep fry much.losers its heat as soon as frozen products go in.would not recommend it as a deep fryer. waste of money

Not Hot Enough to Deep Fry
I purchased this Deep fryer about 2 months ago, thinking it would be like the one i had from sunbeam previously, big mistake.. this thing does not get to the correct temp using a cooking thermometer it only got to 150 deg c at the most. Absolutely not good enough for deep frying at all. It would be a great soup pot, but not for Deep Frying.
